#MOVIES: People LOVE their 90's MOVIES! State-by-State, here are the FAVES!

Here’s the 411: 90s movies are still hip. Even though Toy Story 4 has taken The Lion King’s place as the highest-grossing G-rated movie, Americans still love Simba’s story the most.

The team at FrontierBundles is totally buggin’ to share their third report on each state’s most searched 90s movies

It seems it's great to be KING for Disney's LION KING as the story of SIMBA and his friends - and his search to find himself - too the top prize as the most-searched 90's movie from last year.

Some other findings...

  • The Lion King took the top prize as the most-searched 90s movie from last year. During its original release, The Lion King earned $422.78M. If we adjusted that number for inflation, the original movie would’ve earned an estimated $727M.
  • Twister was the most-searched 90s movie in Nebraska, Iowa, and Oklahoma. It might be because all three states are inside—or border—the Tornado Alley region.
  • Ghost and Mrs. Doubtfire tied for 2nd most-searched 90s film, each with 5 states searching for them the most.
