Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly are "loving" their new chapter as co-parents after welcoming their first child together.
Fox and mgk, whose real name Colson Baker, added a new family member to their lives when the actress gave birth to their daughter in March, months after their split. While the former couple are said to be "getting along," an insider tells People that the Jennifer's Body star and the Mainstream Sellout musician are not focusing on a potential romantic reunion and instead are enjoying spending time with their baby girl.
"Megan and MGK are really loving this time right now with their baby girl," the source said. "They're not making any big decisions about their future together as a couple because they just want to focus on the present and this new chapter as parents to their daughter together."
The sourced added, "They are getting along really well and they have no idea what the future holds but right now they are doing great."
Another source said that while the exes are on good terms co-parenting their little one, the New Girl actress has not said anything about rekindling their romance. The pair called it quits weeks after Fox announced she was pregnant amid reported tension in their relationship.
"She's doing well and enjoying her newborn. Colson is around a lot and Megan seems happier with him. She hasn't mentioned that they are back together, though," the source said, adding, "It was heartbreaking for her to be pregnant and not be able to trust her partner. They are just focused on their baby girl now."
In addition to their daughter, both Fox and mgk are parents to children from past relationships. Fox shares three sons — Noah, 12, Bodhi, 11, and Journey, 8 — with ex-husband Brian Austin Green while mgk shares 15-year-old daughter Casie with ex Emma Cannon.
