In information released today by State Police, a 35 year old Catskill man was charged with 3rd degree arson, a felony.
The arrest followed an investigation into the cause of a September 17th fire at 190 Green Lake Road in Athens.
When Leeds firefighters arrived on the scene around 7 that night, they reported a working structure fire.
The State Police blotter entry says, Robert Hatker was arrested in November.
