Livingston Fire and Community Rescue were called to a one car accident on County Route 31 Tuesday afternoon.
It happened around 3:45 in the area of Cold Spring Road, where a pickup struck a tree.
A man in his 50's was reported to have only minor injuries.
State Police investigated.
