The man who was caught on a security camera, inside a home in Coxsackie, was arrested today by the Greene County Sheriff's Office:
They provided us with this information:
this is the individual that we arrested after the investigation of him being in a home in Coxsackie New York last night .
He was captured on video after an alarm had went off at the home which was unoccupied at the time.
He did damage to a door and window during his entry and exit. There was nothing reported missing at the residence. He did have a handgun on his person when he entered the residence.
Arrested: Scott J Toland 35 Years old of Cairo NY
Charged with Criminal Trespassing and Criminal Mischief. D felony
He was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Coxsackie court on January 13th 2020.
