Fire this afternoon has closed the Tractor Supply Store on Fairview Avenue in Greenport.
The electrical fire broke out in an area under the cash registers, just after 2.
Greenport Fire and Rescue responded.
We're told the fire was put out by employees, ans firemen were en-route.
The town building inspector was called to the scene.
The store was closed until repairs can be made.
There were no reported injuries.
