A Saugerties man is being held on First Degree Rape Charges, following an investigation that began April 29th in the town of Hunter.
State Police arrested 58 year old Robert Bruno on Monday. He was also charged with the felony of Course Sexual Conduct with a child, first degree.
This is his second rape arrest in three months. On September 4th he was charged with similar crimes in Saugerties.
This time, Bruno was taken to the Albany County jail, where he is being held on $25,000 dollars bail.
