A man was rushed to Albany Med Monday afternoon, after his vehicle left Main Street in Niverville, in the area of the Post Office, and struck a pole.
Niverville Fire and Valatie Rescue responded to the scene just after 4.
The man was reportedly unconscious behind the wheel.
That area of County Route 28 was closed for about an hour while crews worked.
State Police are investigating.
No word yet on the man's condition.
