A Hudson man was sentenced Wednesday in Berkshire Superior Court, for his role in the rape of an 18 month old toddler in Pittsfield, in 2018.
33 year old Gary Montana plead guilty to aggravated indecent assault and battery on a person under 14 and posing a child in the nude.
He was sentenced to 13-18 years in prison at the Massachusetts Correctional Institution.
The case of the woman charged with him, Erica Emerling, remains open
