If this man's name sounds familiar, He was just sentenced in April to 1-3 years in prison, for similar crimes in Columbia County. We're told, he was let out in August.

A Chatham man was sentenced to prison today, for taking money from his customers, and not providing the services. The Columbia County D.A.'s Office reports, Richard Dick will serve 1 to 3 years in prison, and will have to pay $77,172.89 in restitution.
The sentence follows his guilty plea last year:
On October 10, 2018, Richard Dick was convicted by plea in County Court of two (2) Counts of Grand Larceny in the 3rd Degree, Honorable Richard M. Koweek presiding. The Court will sentence Richard Dick on April 8, 2019. The New York State Police investigated this matter and arrested Richard Dick. William Pretsch represents Richard Dick. (SCI No. 059-18)
