Valatie woman charged after selling someone else's car

PRESS RELEASE
On November 29, 2019, State Police in Schodack arrested 28-year-old Danika C. Delucia of Valatie, for Grand Larceny 4th degree (E felony).
Delucia is accused of selling a vehicle that did not belong to her. The vehicle was subsequently scrapped and could not be recovered. Troopers made multiple attempts to contact Delucia in regards to her pending charges, but were unable to do so and obtained an arrest warrant. She was located after State Police received tips on her whereabouts following her publication on the State Police Facebook segment Warrant Wednesday. (see below)
Delucia was arraigned in Poestenkill Town Court and remanded to Rensselaer County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash or bond. She is due back in court at a later date.
