A man, who's thought to be in his 20's, was taken into custody Sunday night on Main Street in Philmont.
The man is expected to be charged with attempted murder and weapon's possession.
The shooting happened at a party on Waldorf Ridge Road, and was attended by many underage youths.
The victim, who was identified as Cody Curtis, was shot seven times. He was airlifted to Albany Med where he is recovering.
We expect to get more information from State Police Monday.
