Catskill drug dealer sentenced to prison

People v. Rico Antonio Cuyler, a/k/a Cedric Miller: Defendant was sentenced to 2 years in State Prison plus 2 years post release supervision for the Felony Criminal Sale Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree for selling crack cocaine at Hop-O-Nose in the Village of Catskill.

He plead guilty in August

People v. Cedric Miller a/k/a Rico Cuyler, a/k/a Shawn Cedric: Defendant was convicted of Criminal Sale Controlled Substance 3rd for unlawfully selling crack cocaine in the Village of Catskill. He will be sentenced at a later date.

Greene County District Attorney’s Office Press Release

On 12/5/18, Rico Cuyler, a/k/a Davy Dedshawn, of 75 Hop-O-Nose, Catskill, was arrested and arraigned on a Warrant issued by Judge Terry J. Wilhelm. Bail was set at $100,000 cash/$150,000 bond.

Cuyler is charged with 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree: Narcotic Drug, Crack Cocaine, a Class B Felony and 2 counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree: Narcotic Drug, Crack Cocaine, a Class B Felony.

The arrest was based on a joint investigation by the Catskill Village Police Department, Greene County District Attorney’s Office, New York State Police, Greene County Sheriff’s Office.

In addition, a Felony Warrant has been lodged against Cuyler a/k/a Dedshawn by the State of Georgia.
