An accident Tuesday morning in Canaan sent one person to Berkshire Medical Center.
Canaan Fire and Chatham Rescue responded to Route 295 just after 7, when the transport ambulance crashed into the guard rail, taking down 200 feet of it.
The vehicle was not transporting patients at the time of the accident.
State Police investigated.
