On August 20, 2019, State Police in Schodack arrested 29-year-old Danika Delucia of Valatie, for Petit Larceny and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree, 58-year-old Debra Trombley of Nassau, for Making a False Written Statement and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree, and 36-year-old Elizabeth Shuhart of Sand Lake, for Making a False Written Statement.

State Police were contacted by Elizabeth Shuhart who reported that her prescription medication had been stolen.

Shuhart had asked a friend by the name of Debra Trombley to pick up the medication for her. When Trombley went to pick up the prescription she brought along an associate named Danika Delucia.

Shuhart and Trombley both provided Troopers with a statement relaying these facts and that the prescription had been stolen from Trombley’s vehicle while Delucia was a passenger.

Troopers interviewed Danika Delucia who told police that she had been provided the medication by Shuhart and Trombley, who had asked her to sell it. When she failed to share any of the proceeds from the drug sale, Shuhart contacted police.

All three women were processed at SP Schodack and issued an appearance ticket. They are due in Sand Lake Town Court on August 26, 2019 at 5:00 p.m.
