Most of the area has power back on tonight,
with just a few scattered pockets in Greene and Columbia Counties.
The Cairo area had 3 incidents today, with transformer explosions or transformer fires.
The first two were in the 7pm hour, on Old Route 23 and on Ira Vail Road. The 3rd was in the 9pm hour on Old Route 23 again.
