At Jeffrey Barmen's 3rd trial for rape, a jury of 12 found him not guilty in Columbia County Court.
They reached their decision this morning. The 44 year old Stockport man's first two trials ended with hung juries.
Barmen's legal troubles are not over. He still faces several criminal contempt charges, for allegedly violating orders of protection. He will go to trial for that next March.
