On August 1, 2019, State Police Catskill charged Joseph E. Heisinger age 32 of Windham NY with Attempted Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd (Class C Felony), and Conspiracy in the fourth degree, (Class E Felony). The arrest was the result on an investigation into an overdose death in the town of Jewett, Greene County that occurred in June 2019.
HEISINGER was arraigned before Town of Catskill Justice Richard Jacobs and remanded to the Greene County Jail in lieu of 10,000 cash bail or 20,000 bond.
