Sunday morning, three residents of Athens discovered that their parked vehicles had been struck overnight.

The car, pictured above had over 11,000 dollars in damage and was totaled. We're told a second car had over 3500 dollars in damage.

The case involving the car with the most damage was being worked on by the Greene County Sheriff's Office, who reported tonight that they located the driver, who admitted to striking the parked cars. They have not released any information on him yet.

We're told by one of the victims, the man was not from Athens, but had a family connection in the village.
