After many years as director of the Hudson Salvation Army on 3rd Street, Jill Wishon is leaving. In fact, her last day is today.
Jill will be opening a new restaurant in Catskill with her husband in the near future.
Darcy Connor of Chatham, who has been on the Salvation Army board for a long time, is taking over as the new director.
We wish Darcy luck, and know that the organization is being left in good hands to continue all the great work they do in Columbia and Greene Counties.
And we wish Jill good luck on her new project. She really elevated the Hudson Salvation Army to one of the best performing units in the state. She will be missed.
