A Leonardo New Jersey man was taken to the Greene County Jail on Felony Charges after an accident Sunday night in Ashland.
49 year old Carl Roth is accused by State Police with not stopping at a stop sign at the intersection of County Route 17 and Route 23. He collided with a motorcycle operated by a 52 year old man, and fled the scene.
He was charged at State Police Hunter with felony vehicular assault, leaving the scene of a serious injury accident, DWI, and numerous vehicle and numerous traffic charges.
The motorcycle operator was airlifted to Albany Med following the crash around 9:10. No word today his condition.
State police say Roth was held on cash bail.
