On July 2, 2019, the following matters were handled at the Greene County, County Court:
People v. Britany Derr: Defendant was sentenced to 4 ½ years State Prison with 3 years post release supervision for her conviction for Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree.
From June 18th:
People v. Britany L. Derr: Defendant was convicted of the Felony Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree for the sale of the narcotic drug, cocaine. She will be sentenced at a later date.
Arrest was in March
She was one of two people arrested in March, during a drug raid at a Main Street residence. Catskill Police recovered cocaine and a handgun.
