52 year old Daniel Bemiss of New Lebanon (with a mailing address of East Chatham) was arraigned Monday in Columbia County Court.

On June 17, 2019, Daniel Bemiss waived indictment and was arraigned in County Court upon being charged with
two (2) Counts of Criminal Sex Act in the 1st Degree; two (2) Counts of Sexual Abuse in the 1st Degree; two (2) Counts of Criminal Sex Act in the 2nd Degree; three (3) Counts of Criminal Sexual Act in the 3rd Degree; Sexual Abuse in the 2nd Degree; and two (2) Counts of Sexual Abuse in the 3rd Degree,
Honorable Richard M. Koweek presiding. The Court scheduled a trial for April 6, 2020. The New York State Police investigated this matter and arrested Daniel Bemiss. John Hillman represents Daniel Bemiss.
