Hudson pair sentenced on felony drug charges

From Columbia County D.A.’s Office:

On May 31 2019, Honorable Richard M. Koweek sentenced Michael Elie to two (2) years with the New York State Department of Correction and three (3) years post-release supervision upon his conviction of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree and two (2) Counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree. The Hudson Police Department investigated this matter and arrested Michael Elie. William Galvin represents Michael Elie.  (Indictment No. 18-041(2))

On May 31, 2019, Honorable Richard M. Koweek sentenced Paula Lord to five (5) years probation upon her conviction of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree and Tampering with Physical Evidence. The Hudson Police Department investigated this matter and arrested Paula Lord. John Leonardson represents Paula Lord.  (Indictment No. 18-041(2))

The two were indicted by a Columbia County grand jury in December
