Germantown boating accident sends 3 into the Hudson River.

Scary moments Thursday afternoon, when a rowboat capsized in the Hudson River, just south of the Anchorage boat launch in Germantown, sending three occupants into the river.

Germantown Fire and northern Dutchess Paramedics were called to the scene. Hudson and Livingston were also called, but were cancelled while they were en-route.
