Nichols sentenced El-Jalon Thornton to two (2) to six (6) years with the New York State Department of Correction upon his conviction of Failure to Register/Verify as a Sex Offender, 2nd Offense, Honorable Jonathan D. Nichols presiding. The Hudson Police Department investigated this matter and arrested El-Jalon Thornton. The Public Defender represents El-Jalon Thornton. (Indictment No. 19-001)
