With a jury now in place, the trial of 28 year old Zachary Bray of Hudson is scheduled to begin with opening arguments, Tuesday in Columbia County Court.
Bray was arraigned on January 26th, on charges of felony sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child, after his arrest by Hudson Police.
Police say, the victim was 12 years old.
He was charged after and investigation that involved Hudson Police detectives, the children's advocacy center, and Columbia County child protective services.
