Hudson residents plead guilty to drug charges

From Columbia County D.A.'s Office:

On April 5, 2019, Michael Elie was convicted by plea, as indicted, in County Court of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree and two (2) Counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, Honorable Richard M. Koweek presiding. The Court will sentence Michael Elie on May 31, 2019. The Hudson Police Department investigated this matter and arrested Michael Elie. William Galvin represents Michael Elie.  (Indictment No. 18-041)

On April 5, 2019, Paula Lord was convicted by plea, as indicted, in County Court of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree and Tampering with Physical Evidence, Honorable Richard M. Koweek presiding. The Court will sentence Paula Lord on May 31, 2019. The Hudson Police Department investigated this matter and arrested Paula Lord. John Leonardson represents Paula Lord.  (Indictment No. 18-041)

The two were indicted by a grand jury in November, following their arrest last October by Hudson Police. The two were in possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell.
