Greenport Fire and Rescue responded to the intersection of Routes 9G and 23 Sunday morning for a two car accident.
The call came in just before 11.
Two people were checked out by Greenport Rescue for minor injuries.
The Columbia County Sheriff's Office investigated.
Traffic was slowed, and diverted, through the area.
