New charges for woman in Catskill murder case

New charges filed Friday for 31 year old Sade Knox of Catskill. She was charged back in June with 2nd degree murder and 2nd degree conspiracy in the death of Brandyn Foster in January 2017.

On Friday, she was charged with Felony criminal facilitation at the Catskill State Police barracks.

Criminal facilitation is defined as:

Criminal facilitation in the second degree.

A person is guilty of criminal facilitation in the second degree when,

believing it probable that he is rendering aid to a person who intends

to commit a class A felony, he engages in conduct which provides such

person with means or opportunity for the commission thereof and which in

fact aids such person to commit such class A felony.

Criminal facilitation in the second degree is a class C felony.

Knox was held after being charged. Last month Carlos Graham was convicted by a jury in the murder. He has yet to be sentenced.
