Poughkeepsie man accused of removing teens from Berkshire Farm Center

Kinderhook, New York – January 31, 2019, the New York State Police from the Kinderhook barracks and Livingston Bureau of Criminal Investigation arrested Tyrick P. Angol, age 20, of Poughkeepsie, NY, for two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor.

Investigation found Angol picked up, and removed two sixteen-year-old children who were court mandated to reside at the Berkshire Farms Center in the town of Kinderhook. All three subjects were located on January 31 st , and the children returned to Berkshire Farm Center.

Tyrick Angol was issued appearance tickets returnable to the town of Kinderhook Court on February 5, 2019, at 6:00 p.m.
