Michael Elie and Paula Lord of Hudson were back in Columbia County Court Friday. According to the Columbia County D.A.'s office, the two were arraigned on a superseding indictment, of felony drug charges.
The two were arraigned on a separate indictment last December. They were originally arrested by Hudson Police.
The same bail was continued, that was set last December.
No trial date has been set yet.
