Stuyvesant man, who had child porn, going to prison

On January 17, 2019, Honorable Jonathan D. Nichols sentenced Paul Drumm to two (2) to six (6) years with the New York State Department of Corrections upon his conviction of two (2) Counts of Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child. The New York State Police investigated this matter and arrested Paul Drumm. The Public Defender represents Paul Drumm. (SCI No. 100-18)

Child Pornography Arrest

PRESS RELEASE

On August 2, 2018 The New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation at Livingston, Troop K Computer Crimes Unit, Troop K Major Crimes, NYSP ICAC, in cooperation with Columbia County District Attorney Paul Czajka's Office executed a Search Warrant at Paul D. Drumm's residence in Stuyvesant.

Drumm was found to be in possession of a significant amount of Child Pornography.The investigation commenced following a tip to the ICAC 'Internet Crimes Against Children'. The investigation is continuing.

Drumm has been charged with one count of Possession of Child Pornography, a Class E felony. He was arraigned in the Town of Stuyvesant Court and remanded to the Columbia County Jail in Lieu of $5000 cash bail / $10,000 bond. He is due back in court August 8 at 6:00 pm.
