Greenville man admits to Greene County Break-ins

People v. Todd Raffiani: Defendant was convicted of the Felony of Burglary in the 2nd Degree. He will be sentenced to State Prison at a later date.

Greenville man arrested for Burglary 2nd Degree

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

PRESS RELEASE

On September 20, 2018, The New York State Police at Catskill arrested Todd Raffiani, age 50 of Greenville, N.Y. for Burglary 2nd degree, a class C Felony.

The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted in conjunction with the Town of Saugerties Police Department, Cairo Police Department, Greene County District Attorney’s Office and The Greene County Sheriff’s Office.

Raffiani has been implicated in numerous daytime residential burglaries in Greene and Ulster Counties and further charges are pending.

He was arraigned before Town of Catskill Justice Wooten and remanded to the Greene County Jail without bail.
