Horsing Around at the Museum: Mini Horse Mania!
Join us at the Museum on May 22, 2021 at 10:30am for a live show Mini Horse Mania: Horsing Around at the Museum! First, visit the “adoption barn” and learn all about how firefighters cared for fire horses. Then pick your own stuffed horse to adopt and call your own! Finally, all kids will have the opportunity to meet our guests: Duchess the mini horse and her friend Hank, a mini donkey, both from our friends at Hope Farm. Put your skills to the test around this lovable pair by brushing them, petting them and just showing them the love! All supplies are FREE.
All activities are FREE and will be outdoors, with NYS social distancing in effect. Free admission to the Museum will also be offered to all who attend this event. Come make your morning memorable and horse around with us at the Museum!, which will be held rain or shine under open air tents. Admission to the Museum will be staggered and will NOT require a reservation either for this special day.
This program is made possible by a generous grant award from the Hudson River Bank and Trust Co. Foundation.
