• Criminal possession of a weapon:Conor T. Moan, 23, of Greenville, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 11:48 p.m. in the village and was charged with felony criminal possession of a weapon (previous conviction), and the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent and driving while intoxicated. Moan was released with tickets for Catskill Village Court.
Rhinebeck
• Grand larceny:Joshua R. Paul, 27, of Rhinebeck, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 7:15 p.m. Tuesday, April 27, in the town of Rhinebeck and charged with grand larceny, a felony. Paul was released with a ticket for Rhinebeck Court. Further information was unavailable.
Town of Rochester
• Resisting arrest:Christopher Sickles, 34, of Accord, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 11:28 p.m. Tuesday, April 27, and was charged with resisting arrest and harassment, both misdemeanors. Sickles was released with tickets for Rochester Town Court.
