City of Kingston
• DWI:Jonathan I. Hernandez, 25, of Kingston, was arrested at about 12:02 a.m. Monday, April 26, and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, both misdemeanors, according to state police at Ulster. He was issued an appearance ticket in Kingston, police said.
• DWI: Bobby Ruffin, 37, of Kingston, was charged at about 1:44 a.m. Monday, April 26, in Kingston, with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding .08 percent and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, misdemeanors, according to state police at Ulster. Ruffin was issued an appearance ticket, police said.
Cairo
• Drugs:Amar Keitt, 46, of Hudson, was charged at about 9 p.m. Saturday, April 24, with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, felonies, and the misdemeanors of criminal possession of a controlled substance and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, according to state police at Catskill. Police said Keitt was arrested after the vehicle he was driving along state Route 32 in Cairo was pulled over for a traffic violation. Later, police found him in possession of crack cocaine and heroin, according to authorities. Keitt is currently on parole and was arraigned in Coxsackie Town Court. He was ordered held at Greene County Jail without bail. He is set to appear in the Cairo Town Court on Friday, April 30.
Catskill
• DWI:Christoper Hanrahan, 42, of Hudson, was arrested at about 9:03 p.m. Sunday, April 25, in the town of Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohil content at or exceeding .08 percent, misdemeanors, according to state police at Catskill. He was issued an appearance ticket, police said.
New Paltz
• DWI:Son H. Le, 26, of Worcester, Mass., was arrested at about 2:10 p.m. Sunday, April 25, in New Paltz and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding .08 percent, felonies, according to state police at Highland. He was issued an appearance ticket, police said.
Town of Rochester
• Contempt:Nicholas A. Lesko, 32, of Kerhonkson, was arrested at about 11:40 a.m. Sunday, April 25, in the town of Rochester and charged with criminal contempt, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Wawarsing. Lesko was issued an appearance ticket, police said.
