•Drugs:Jon T. Holt, 29, of Germantown, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 9:16 p.m. Tuesday, April 20, in the town of Athens and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic instrument, all misdemeanors. Holt was released with an appearance ticket for Athens Town Court.
Catskill
• Drugs:Christina M. Wright, 26, of Coeymans, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 11:59 p.m. Tuesday, April 20, in the village of Catskill and was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance (narcotic) with intent to sell, all felonies, and one count each of criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors. Wright was released with tickets for Catskill Village Court.
Durham
• Drugs:Lloyd Mann, 48, of Coxsackie, and Nathanial C. Morris, 32, of East Durham, were arrested by state police at Greenville at about 8:24 p.m. Tuesday, April 20. Each was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Both were released with tickets for Durham Town Court.
Saugerties
•Contempt:Gordon C. Warren, 40, of Amityville, was arrested by Thruway state police at 1 p.m. Monday, April 19, and was charged with criminal contempt, a misdemeanor, in the town of Saugerties. Warren was released to a third party pending a court appearance. Further information was unavailable.
