Town of Wawarsing
• Contraband:Ricardy Dumervil, 32, of Napanoch, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 1, and was charged with possession of dangerous contraband in prison, a felony, stemming from a March 29 incident. Dumervil was held pending a court appearance. Further information, including the prison where the alleged contraband was found, was not immediately available.
Town of Ulster
•DWI:Patricia A. Halter, 27, of Kingston, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff's deputies at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, April 1, and was charged with two felony counts of drunken driving under the state's Leandra's Law, along with one count of aggravated unlicensed operation, following a traffic stop. Deputies said Halter had two young children, ages 6 and 5, in the vehicle at the time. She was issued tickets to appear in Ulster Town Court.
Athens
•Drugs:Roberto J. Ingrao, 74, of Lodi, N.J., was arrested by state police at Albany at 1:42 p.m. Friday, April 2, and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance (narcotic drug) and criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, both felonies, following a traffic stop on the New York State Thruway. Ingrao was held pending a court appearance.
Catskill
•Drugs:Marshall R. Tucker, 39, of Leeds, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 6:30 p.m. Friday, April 2, and was charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. In the same incident, Michael T. Stanzione, 43, of Cairo, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance. Both were issued appearance tickets for Catskill Town Court.
Esopus
•Contempt, obstructing, resisting:Corey D. Pritchard, 42, of Ulster Park, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff's deputies at 8 a.m. Thursday, March 25, and was charged with criminal contempt, a felony, and with misdemeanor charges of obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest, after he was found to be at a residence in violation of an order of protection. He was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond, pending a further court appearance.
Lloyd
•DWI:Pearce A. Conway, 26, of Port Jervis, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff's deputies at 11:11 p.m. Friday, March 26, and was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop on U.S. Route 9W. He was issued a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.
New Paltz
•Family offense, assault:Akeem Pasmore, 30, of New Paltz, was arrested on Thursday, April 1, and was charged with felony aggravated family offense and misdemeanor assault in connection with a report of a domestic dispute filed on March 31. Passmore was sent to Ulster County Jail without bail pending a further court appearance.
Red Hook
•DWI:Garrett Kruger, 21, of Staatsburg, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 10:46 p.m. Friday, April 2, in the village of Red Hook and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop. He was issued appearance tickets for Red Hook Village Court.
Town of Rochester
•Obstruction of breathing, harassment:John F. Dunham, 58, of Accord, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff's deputies at 5:14 p.m. Monday, March 29, and was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, a misdemeanor, and with harassment, a violation, stemming from alleged domestic abuse. He was issued appearance tickets for Rochester Town Court.
Town of Wawarsing
•DWI, contempt:Elizabeth M. Jacob, 36, of Napanoch, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 8:50 p.m. Friday, April 2, and was charged with aggravated drunken driving with a child, a felony, and with drunken driving and criminal contempt, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop. She was issued tickets for Wawarsing Town Court.
•DWI:Merrill Steinhilber, 38, of Ellenville, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 2:39 a.m. Saturday, April 3, and was charged with misdemeanor drunken driving following a traffic stop. He was issued an appearance ticket for Wawarsing Town Court.
•Drugs:Katrina Schwab, 35, of Ellenville, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff's deputies at 2:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 31, and was charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop, during which deputies found Schwab with cocaine. She was issued an appearance ticket for Wawarsing Town Court.
City of Kingston
• DWI: Ronald L. Burris, 37, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 4:15 a.m. Sunday, April 4, on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. He was released with a ticket to appear in Kingston City Court.
Catskill
• DWI: Cameron J. Markle, 24, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 1:38 a.m. Sunday, April 4, on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. He was released with a ticket to appear in Catskill Town Court.
Shawangunk
• Drugs: Timothy A. Finnegan, 35, of Pine Bush, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 11:22 a.m. Saturday, April 3, on misdemeanor charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument. He was released with tickets to appear in Shawangunk Town Court.
Wawarsing
• DWI: Ryan D. Dingee, 33, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 8:11 p.m. Saturday, April 3, on a misdemeanor charge of drunken driving. He was released with a ticket to appear in Wawarsing Town Court.
