Athens
•Contempt:Kirk C. Ford, 43, of Athens, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 7:29 a.m. Thursday, March 11, and was charged with criminal contempt (disobeying a court order), a misdemeanor, following a reported domestic dispute. He was issued an appearance ticket for Athens Town Court.
Hurley
• Weapon/endangering:Roberto Santiago, 32, of Hurley, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2:14 p.m. Thursday, March 11, and was charged with menacing with a weapon and acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17, both misdemeanors. Santiago was released with tickets for Hurley Town Court.
Town of Rochester
• Aggravated DWI/DWAI-drugs:Douglas Dymond, 50, of Liberty, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 10:25 p.m. Thursday, March 11, and was charged with aggravated drunken driving with a child, a felony, and with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. Dymond was released with tickets for Rochester Town Court.
Shawangunk
• Grand larceny:Kaitlin B. Winchell, 32, of Maybrook, was arrested by state police at Highland at 9:01 a.m. Thursday, March 11, in the village of Maybrook in connection with an incident alleged to have occurred in the town of Shawangunk on Nov. 21, 2020, and was charged with grand larceny, a felony. Winchell was released with a ticket for Shawangunk Town Court. Further information was not immediately available.
Wawarsing
• DWAI-drugs:Kenneth S. LeSane, 45, of Ellenville, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 10:30 p.m. Thursday, March 11, and was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. LeSane was released with a ticket for Wawarsing Town Court.
Saugerties
• Grand larceny:Craig J. Laurey, 19, of Elisa Villa Drive, Saugerties, was arrested by Saugerties police on Friday, March 12, in connection with the alleged theft of an ATV from the parking lot of the Stewart’s store at 356 Route 212 in the town on Sept. 4, 2020. Laurey was charged with grand larceny, a felony. In September, the complainant reported that he had parked the ATV in the Stewart’s parking lot and walked to McDonald's restaurant. From there, he told police, he was able to see a “group of unknown males” place the ATV into the bed of a pickup truck and leave the area. When interviewed by police on Friday, Laurey allegedly admitted his involvement in the theft. He was released with a ticket for Saugerties Town Court. State police are also investigating the theft and further arrests are pending, police said.
City of Kingston
•DWI:Felipe Lopez Del Valle, 39, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11:59 p.m. Saturday, March 13, in the city of Kingston and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for Kingston City Court.
Catskill
•Drugs:Michael A. Bell, 41, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Greenville at 4:10 a.m. Sunday in the village of Catskill and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic instrument, all misdemeanors. Bell was released pending an appearance in Catskill Village Court.
Durham
•DWI:Debra L. Percy, 55, of Coxsackie, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 12:23 a.m. Sunday, March 14, in the town of Durham and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. She was issued a ticket for Durham Town Court.
Greenport
•DWI:Kelly M. Mahoney, 42, of Germantown, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 1:20 a.m. Sunday, March 14, in the town of Greenport and was charged with felony drunken driving (previous conviction within 10 years). She was issued a ticket for Greenport Town Court.
Marbletown
•Drugs:Devin A. Wagner, 30, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:30 p.m. Saturday, March 13, in the town of Marbletown and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and driving while ability impaired by drugs, both misdemeanors. She was released with an appearance ticket for Marbltown Town Court.
Marlborough
•DWI:Luis M. Collado, 28, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Ulster at Highland at 3:20 a.m. Sunday, March 14, in the town of Marlborough and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets for Marlborough Town Court.
Milan
•DWI:Priyan Saha, 27, of Woodside, N.Y., was arrested by state police at 4:50 p.m. Saturday, March 13, in the town of Milan and was charged with criminal possession of marijuana (more than 16 ounces), a felony. Saha was issued an appearance ticket for Milan Town Court.
