Mid-Hudson Valley Arrest from2/24/21

According to the Daily Freeman, here are the local arrest :

City of Kingston

• DWI:William C. Hosford, 51, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 3:50 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 24, in the city of Kingston and was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation (mandatory suspension), both misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for Kingston City Court.

Catskill

•DWI: Jessica B. London, 58, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Greenville at 1:30 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 24, in the town of Catskill and was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. She was issued a court appearance ticket.

Esopus

• Drugs:Rashad J. Charles, 24, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Highland at 1:58 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 24, in the town of Esopus and was charged with criminal possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor. He was issued a court appearance ticket.

Greenport

DWI:Hans P. Tursack, 34, of Hudson, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 10:10 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 23, in the town of Greenport and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was released with a court appearance ticket.

Hyde Park

Drugs:Johnathan E. Claydon, 34, of Hyde Park, and Jennifer L. Benassutti, 38, of Staatsburgh, were arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 10:10 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., respectively, on Tuesday, Feb. 23. Claydon was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument, both misdemeanors. Benassutti was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors. Both were issued tickets to appear in Hyde Park Town Court.

Saugerties

• DWAI-drugs:Frederick R. Pilz-Leacock, 37, of 115 Lighthouse Drive, Saugerties, was arrested by Saugerties Police at 9:27 p.m. Tuesday and was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and criminal use of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors, after he was involved in a one-car accident on U.S Route 9W. He was released with court appearance tickets.

DWI:Stephon Turner, 37, of Charlotte, N.C., was arrested by state police at Ulster in the town of Saugerties at 11:08 p.m. Tuesday and was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both misdemeanors. Further information was unavailable.

Wawarsing

DWI:Andrey Mokshanov, 35, of Loch Sheldrake, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 10:38 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 23, in the town of Wawarsing and was charged with drunken driving (previous conviction within 10 years) and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both felonies. He was issued an appearance ticket for Wawarsing Town Court.
