Friday, 2/12:

Cairo

• DWAI-drugs:Raul G. Pagan, 30, of Greenville, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 7:20 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 11, and was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. Pagan was released with a ticket for Cairo Town Court.

Catskill

• DWI:Ellen M. Kinnally, 59, of Tivoli, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 8:13 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 11, in the town of Catskill and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Kinnally was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.

Coxsackie

Contraband:Kenneth Minard, 50, of Malone, was arrested by state police at Catskill on Jan. 25, 2021, in the town of Malone, N.Y., and was charged with dangerous contraband in prison, a felony, stemming from an incident on August 28, 2020, in the town of Coxsackie. Minard was released to a third party pending a court appearance.

Hurley

• DWI:Luke P. Guinan, 45, of West Shokan, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies at about 2 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 11, after a property damage motor vehicle crash on state Route 28 westbound in Glenford and was charged with drunken driving, a misdemeanor, and with several traffic infractions. Guinan allegedly drove off the road and became stuck in a ditch. He was released with a ticket for Hurley Town Court.

New Paltz

Impersonation:Skylar E. Pagliuca, 24, of Walden, was arrested by state police at Highland at 10:45 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 11, in the town of New Paltz, and was charged with criminal impersonation, a misdemeanor. She was issued a ticket for New Paltz Town Court.

Saugerties

• DWAI-drugs:Kyle R. Fitzgibbons, 35, and Jenna L. Neglia, 27, both of Saugerties, were arrested by state police at Ulster at 7:20 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 11. Fitzgibbons was charged with four counts of possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia and driving while ability impaired by drugs, all misdemeanors. Neglia was charged with five counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic instrument and use of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors. The two were released with tickets for Saugerties Town Court.

Saturday 2/13:

City of Kingston

• DWI:Jacob J. Lomasney, 25, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11 p.m. Friday, Feb. 12, and was charged with aggravated drunken driving and drunken driving, both felonies, and with driving without a court-ordered ignition interlock device, a misdemeanor. Lomasney was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

False personation:Luis D. Banegas-Cartagena, 41, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 3:20 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 13, in the city of Kingston, and was charged with false personation and aggravated unlicensed driving, both misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for Kingston City Court.

Catskill

• Drugs:Ann J. Columbo, 67, of Durham, and Ellen C. Wade, 57, of Acra, were arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 7:58 p.m. Friday, Feb. 12. Columbo was charged with possession of a controlled substance (narcotic), a felony, and two misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance. Wade was charged with possession of a controlled substance and unlicensed driving, both misdemeanors. They were both released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.

Drugs:Austin R. Daniel, 34, of Albany, and Aaron P. Zwanziger, 23, of Albany, were arrested by state police at Albany at 3:54 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 13, in the town of Catskill. Daniel was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a narcotic drug with intent to sell, all felonies, as well as two misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Zwanziger was charged with one misdemeanor count of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Both were released pending an appearance in Catskill Town Court.

Greenville

DWI:Jason Gavioli, 52, of Freehold, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 7:04 p.m. Friday, Feb. 12, and was charged with drunken driving (previous conviction within 10 years) and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent (prior conviction), both felonies. Gavioli was issued an appearance ticket for Greenville Town Court.

Hunter

DWI:Alexander G. Kaoukakis, 39, of Fairfield, Conn., was arrested by state police at Catskill in the town of Hunter at 10:09 p.m. Friday, Feb. 12, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Kaoukakis was released with an appearance ticket for Hunter Town Court.

Lloyd

DWI:Matthew Truelove, 20, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 12:35 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 13, and was charged with drunken driving, a misdemeanor. He was released with an appearance ticket for Lloyd Town Court.

Saugerties

• DWAI-drugs:Joel Friedman, 40, of Monroe, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 12:20 p.m. Friday, Feb. 12, and was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. Friedman was released with a ticket for Saugerties Town Court.

Sunday 2/14:

City of Kingston

• DWI: Edy Caal, 22, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 14, and was charged with drunken driving, driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, all misdemeanors, following a traffic stop in the city of Kingston. He was issued an appearance ticket for Kingston City Court.

Cairo

• DWI, drugs: Eric J. Weiss, 38, of Catskill, was arrested at 2:54 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 14, in the town of Cairo and was charged with drunken driving (previous conviction within 10 years), driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, all felonies, as well as misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was issued tickets to appear in Cairo Town Court.

Lloyd

• Drugs: Gregory L. Davis, 57, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 3:58 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 13 and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of more than 2 ounces of marijuana, both misdemeanors. He was issued a ticket to appear in Lloyd Town Court.

Marlborough

• Drugs, DWI: Caitlin E. Cooney, 33, of Middletown, was arrested by state police at Highland at 8:35 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 13, and was charged with drunken driving, driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent and possession of a controlled substance, all misdemeanors, following a traffic stop. She was issued an appearance ticket for Marlborough Town Court. 

Plattekill 

• DWI: Michael D. Ignizio, 57, of Modena, was arrested by state police at Highland at 7:28 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 13, in the town of Plattekill and was charged with misdemeanor drunken driving following a traffic stop. He was issued an appearance ticket for Plattekill Town Court. 

• Drugs: Edward S. Lawless, 22, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 9:15 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 13, and was charged with possession of more than 2 ounces of marijuana, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for Plattekill Town Court. 

Monday 2/15:

City of Kingston

• DWI: Shakeya M. Faggins, 41, was arrested in Kingston on Monday, Feb. 13 at about 1:30 a.m. and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Ulster. She was issued an appearance ticket, state police said.

Cairo

• DWI:Kyle H. Tonnessen, 27, of Hoboken, N.J. was charged Sunday, Feb. 14, at about 8:50 p.m. in Cairo with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding .08 percent, misdemeanors, according to state police at Catskiil. He was issued an appearance ticket, state police said.

Catskill

• DWI:Cody L. Edwards, 28, of Palenville, was charged Sunday, Feb. 14, in Catskill at about 10:40 p.m. with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding .08 percent, misdemeanors, according to state police at Catskill. He was issued an appearance ticket, state police said.

• DWI:Tyquane T. Graves, 31, of Hartford, Conn., was charged Monday, Feb. 15, in Catskill at about 2:50 a.m. with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content at or exceedling .08 percent, misdemeanors, according to state police at Catskill. Graves was issued an appearance ticket, state police said.

Marlborough 

• Reckless endangerment: Joseph M. Gerbino, 31, was charged Sunday, Feb. 14, with reckless endangerment, a felony; obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest, fleeing officers in a motor vehicle and reckless driving, misdemeanors, according to state police at Highland. Gerbino was arrested at about 7:42 p.m. in Marlborough and released without bail, state police said.

Wawarsing

• DWI:Osvaldo J. Jiminez, 26, of Parsipppany, N.J., was charged Sunday, Feb. 14, in Wawarsing with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding .08 percent, misdemeanors, according to state police at Wawarsing. He was issued an appearance ticket at about 10 p.m., state police said.

Town of Ulster

• Assault: Charles L. Long, 31, of Ruby, was charged Sunday, Feb. 14, at about 4:40 p.m. with assault, a felony; menacing and criminal possession of a weapon, misdemeanors, in the town of Ulster, according to state police at Ulster. Further information was not available.
