• DWI:Suzanne M. Forbes, 48, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Greenville at 2:18 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 4, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Forbes was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.
Clermont
•DWI:Jay M. Reilly, 65, of Rensselaer, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 2:01 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 4, and was charged with drunken driving (first offense), a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for Clermont Town Court.
Coxsackie
• Weapon:Brad Ali, 43, of Schenectady, was arrested by state police at Albany at 11 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 3, and was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and two counts of possession of a forged instrument, all felonies. Ali was held pending a town court appearance. Further information was not immediately available.
Milan
•Drugs:James S. Mcrory, 35, of the Bronx, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 1:20 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 3, and was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, all misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for Milan Town Court.
Town of Ulster
• DWAI-drugs:James M. Whalen, 40, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 12:15 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 4, and was charged with possession of a controlled substance (two counts) and driving while ability impaired by drugs, all misdemeanors. Whalen was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.
