City of Kingston
• DWI:Mario Xol, 34, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 3:03 a.m. Friday, Jan. 29, and was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeanors. Xol was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
Catskill
• Marijuana:Malcolm D. Dixon, 22, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 1:38 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 28, and was charged with use of drug paraphernalia (scales), a misdemeanor, and possession of more than 8 ounces of marijuana,a felony. Dixon was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.
Esopus
• Contempt:Corey Pritchard, 41, of Esopus, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies on Tuesday, Jan. 26, and was charged with contempt, a felony; criminal mischief and reckless endangerment of property, both misdemeanors, and with harassment, a violation. The arrest followed an investigation into a reported domestic dispute during which Pritchard allegedly prevented another person from using a phone, shoved her and threw the phone, all in violation of an existing order of protection. He was sent to the Ulster County Jail without bail because of two prior felony convictions.
Greenville
•Criminal mischief, resisting:Davall Croskey, 33, of Greenville, was arrested by state police at Greenville at 4:19 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 28, and was charged with criminal mischief (two counts) and resisting arrest, both misdemeanors. Croskey was issued a court appearance ticket.
Town of Kingston
• Weapon:Daniel Braginsky, 26, of Staten Island, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 4:15 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 28, and was charged with criminal possession of a weapon (firearm), a misdemeanor. Braginsky was released with a ticket for Kingston Town Court.
Lloyd
• Falsifying business records:Kevin Guthrie, 63, of Garnerville, was arrested by state police at Highland at 11:40 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 28, and was charged with falsifying business records and offering to file a false instrument, both felonies. Guthrie was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.
• Possession of a forged instrument:Lucas N. Martinez, 29, of Fishkill, was arrested by state police at Highland at 1:50 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 28, and was charged with possession of a forged instrument, a felony. Further information was not immediately available.
New Baltimore
•False personation:Matthew W. Duell, 32, of Selkirk, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 11:21 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 28, and was charged with false personation, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance for New Baltimore Town Court.
Plattekill
• DWI:Michael J. Sokolowski, 26, of Plattekill, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies at about 9:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 23, on Cliff Avenue and was charged with misdemeanor drunken driving and with speeding, an infraction. Sokolowski was released with tickets for Plattekill Town Court.
Towns of Rochester/Wawarsing
• Drugs:Aimee M. Shear-Easton, 27, of Kingston, was arrested by members of the Ulster Regional Gang Enforcement Narcotics Team (URGENT) on Friday, Jan. 22, following an investigation into alleged heroin sales in the towns of Rochester and Wawarsing. She was charged with the felonies of possession of a controlled substance and sale of a controlled substance. Shear-Easton was released with tickets for the Rochester and Wawarsing town courts.
City of Kingston
• DWI:Gavin S. Schlosser, 25, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:40 p.m. Friday, Jan. 29, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Schlosser was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
Cairo
• Drugs:Russell W. Ladson, 31, of Oakland, Calif., was arrested by state police at Catskill at 10:12 p.m. Friday, Jan. 29, and was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance (hallucinogen) and misdemeanor possession of more than 2 ounces of marijuana. Ladson was released with tickets for Cairo Town Court.
Marlborough
• DWI:Anthony K. Jobe, 31, of Newburgh, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:55 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 30, and was charged with drunken driving, a misdemeanor. Jobe was released with a ticket for Marlborough Town Court.
Town of Ulster
• DWI:Steven P. Coddington, 38, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11:45 p.m. Friday, Jan. 29, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Coddington was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.
• Marijuana:Eliasmarcye Lugardo, 26, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 12:15 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 30, and was charged with possession of more than 2 ounces of marijuana, a misdemeanor. Lugardo was released with a ticket for Ulster Town Court.
• DWI:Raul A. Alegria, 30, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 30, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Alegria was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.
Wawarsing
• Contraband:Antwaine Green, 32, of Napanoch, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 10:16 a.m. Friday, Jan. 29, and was charged with possession of dangerous contraband in prison, a felony. Green, an inmate, remained in custody with an appearance ticket for Wawarsing Town Court. Further information was unavailable.

•Contempt: Stephan Conklin, 30, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:19 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 30, in the town of Ulster and was charged with criminal contempt (disobeying a court order), a misdemeanor, stemming from an incident reported on Jan. 26, 2021. He was released with a ticket to appear in Ulster Town Court.
•DWI, unlicensed operation: Maria A. Sanchez, 26, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11:20 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 30, in the town of Ulster and was charged with drunken driving (previous conviction within 10 years), aggravated drunken driving, and aggravated unlicensed operation while under permanent revocation, all felonies, plus using another vehicle without an interlocking device, a misdemeanor. She was released with a ticket to appear in Ulster Town Court.
Marbletown
•DWI: Yumosha A. Williams-Gavin, 39, of Kiamesha Lake, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 11:44 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 30, in the town of Marbletown and was charged with drunken driving, a misdemeanor. She was released with a ticket to appear in Marbletown Town Court.

•Weapon: Damon L. Patterson, 29, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:48 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 31, in the town of Marlborough and was charged with criminal possession of a weapon with a previous conviction and criminal possession of weapon that has been defaced, both felonies. Hapeman, 51, of Red Hook, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 30, in the town of Milan and was charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. •DWI: Lauren A. DiCarmine, 34, of Wappingers Falls, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 10:45 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 30, in the town of Red Hook and was charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. She was released with a ticket to appear in Red Hook Town Court.

•Weapon: Akeem W. Dawson, 35, of High Falls, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 3:56 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 30, in the town of Rochester and was charged with criminal possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, a misdemeanor. He was released with a ticket to appear in Rochester Town Court.
