Cairo
• Drugs:Timothy D. Keir, 26, and Samuel J. Keir, 51, both of Hannacroix, were arrested by state police at Catskill at 9:40 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 27. Both men were charged with manufacturing drug-related paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance, both misdemeanors. They were released with tickets for Cairo Town Court.
• Drugs:Anthony Diecidue, 46, of Middleburgh, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 2:13 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 28, and was charged with possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Diecidue was released with a ticket for Cairo Town Court.
Catskill
• Drugs:Jay K. Carnes, 31, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 6:20 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 27, and was charged with possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Carnes was released to a third party with a ticket for Catskill Town Court.
• Drugs:Wilfredo L. Pinet, 36, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 5:54 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 28, in the town of Catskill and was charged with possession of a controlled substance (narcotic) with intent to sell and possession of a controlled substance (narcotic), both felonies, and with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia (diluents) and use of drug paraphernalia (scales), all misdemeanors. Pinet’s status was not immediately available.
Saugerties
• Drugs:Aleshia A. Keener, 34, of Mount Marion, was arrested by state police at Albany at 11:05 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 27, in the town of Saugerties and was charged with possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Keener was released with a ticket for Saugerties Town Court.
