• DWI:Valery Sanchez-Ceballos, 40, of Woodside, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:45 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 26, on the New York State Thruway and was charged with drunken driving (previous conviction within 10 years), a felony. Sanchez-Ceballos was released with a ticket for Ulster Town Court.
