Mid-Hudson Valley Arrest from 1/26/21

Kingston

· Aggravated family offense/contempt:Juan Reyes, 49, of East Kingston, was arrested by city police at the Kingston police station at 9:30 a.m. Friday, Jan. 22, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred on Dec. 5, 2020. Reyes was charged with aggravated family offense and contempt, both felonies. He was released with an appearance ticket for Kingston City Court.

Coxsackie

· DWI:Robert C. Coulter-Sluus, 29, of Watervliet, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 8:33 p.m. Monday, Jan. 25, and charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08%, both felonies. Coulter-Sluus was released with tickets for Coxsackie Town Court.

Red Hook

· Sexual misconduct:Tyson M. Kreig, 40 of Red Hook, was arrested by Dutchess County Sheriff’s deputies on Tuesday, Jan. 12, in connection with an investigation into alleged inappropriate sexual contact and was charged with sexual misconduct, a misdemeanor. Kreig allegedly subjected the victim to sexual contact without their consent, according to police. No further details about the case or victim will be released in order to protect the victim’s privacy, police said. Kreig was released with a ticket for Red Hook Town Court. Saugerties

· Sex abuse:Keith Duncan, 51, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:54 p.m. Monday, Jan. 25, and charged with sex abuse, a misdemeanor. Duncan was released with a ticket for Saugerties Town Court.
