Catskill
•Drugs: Michael G. White, 30, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 14, in the village of Catskill and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. He was released with a ticket to appear in Catskill Village Court.
•DWI: Randolf M. Diaz, 56, of Whitestone, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 11:23 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 14, in the town of Catskill and was charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Catskill Town Court.
Coxsackie
•Drugs: Todd R. Luther, 57, of Ravena, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 14, in the town of Coxsackie and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance (narcotic drug) and criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, both felonies, along with criminal use of drug paraphernalia (scales), a misdemeanor. He was released with tickets to appear in Coxsackie Town Court.
Marbletown
•Obstruction of breathing: Matthew W. Robbins, 59, of Stone Ridge, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 14, in the town of Marbletown and was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, a misdemeanor. He was released with a ticket to appear in Marbletown Town Court.
Saugerties
•DWAI, DWI: Dylan T. Comerford, 24, of Phoenicia, was arrested by Saugerties Police at 3:20 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 14, after a reported rollover accident on state Route 212 and was charged with drunken driving and driving while while ability impaired by drugs or alcohol, both misdemeanors.. He was arraigned in Saugerties Town Court, where his license was suspended, and was released with tickets to reappear in Saugerties Town Court at a later date.
Wawarsing
•DWI: Megan Olivera, 29, of High Falls, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 11 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 14, in the town of Wawarsing and was charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Wawarsing Town Court.
City of Kingston
• DWI/drugs:Carrie L. Lopez, 37, of Millsboro, Delaware, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 12:38 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 16, and was charged with possession of a controlled substance, driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving, all misdemeanors. Lopez was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
• Drugs:Rebecca Schackne, 28, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:35 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 16, and was charged with possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Schackne was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.
Cairo
• Obstruction of breathing:Nfn Nankishore, 33, of Athens, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 1:18 p.m. Friday, Jan. 15, and was charged with obstruction of breathing and assault, both misdemeanors. Nankishore was released with tickets for Cairo Town Court.
Catskill
•Assault, imprisonment:Angelo R. Chambers, 26, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 10:10 p.m. Friday, Jan. 15, and was charged with assault and unlawful imprisonment, both misdemeanors. Chambers was released pending an appearance in Catskill Town Court.
Hyde Park
• DWI:Christopher C. Ruiz de Castilla, 30, of Hyde Park, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 1:29 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 16, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Castilla was released with tickets for Hyde Park Town Court.
Lloyd
• Drugs:Jarquez D. Dancy, 30, Triston A. Tonge, 22; an 18-year-old male and a 17-year-old female, all of Poughkeepsie, were arrested by state police at Highland at 10:26 p.m. Friday, Jan. 15. They were each charged with single felony counts of possession of a controlled substance and released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court. New York State Police do not provide the names of suspects under the age of 19. Additional information was unavailable.
Plattekill
• DWI:Brittany N. Wheeler, 25, of Wappingers Falls, was arrested by state police at Highland at 12:20 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 16, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Wheeler was released with tickets for Plattekill Town Court.
Rhinebeck
• DWI:Michael A. O’Keefe, 26, of Rhinebeck, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 10:48 p.m. Friday, Jan. 15, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. O’Keefe was released with tickets for Rhinebeck Town Court.
Saugerties
• Contempt: Scipio Dubois, 63, of Ulster Avenue, Saugerties, was arrested by Saugerties police on Friday, Jan. 15, in connection with an incident reported on Jan. 2, 2020, and was charged with contempt of a court order of protection, a misdemeanor. Dubois was released with a ticket for Saugerties Village Court.
City of Kingston
• DWAI-drugs:Diane J. Maiolo, 35, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11:49 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 16, and was charged with possession of a controlled substance and driving while ability impaired by drugs, both misdemeanors. Maiolo was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
Catskill
• DWI:Michael W. Carr, 34, of Cairo, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 9:25 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 16, and was charged with misdemeanor drunken driving. Carr was released with a ticket for Catskill Town Court.
Livingston
• DWI:Anastasia M. Decker, 34, of Elizaville, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 8:20 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 16, and was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeanors. Decker was released with tickets for Livingston Town Court.
Lloyd
• DWI:Isabelle C. Mauro, 20, of New Paltz, was arrested by state police at Highland at 3 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 17, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Mauro was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.
Marlborough
• DWI:Cynthia L. Drake, 28, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Highland at 3 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 17, and was charged with misdemeanor drunken driving. Drake was released with a ticket for Marlborough Town Court.
New Paltz
• DWI:Juliet L. Kemmerer, 23, of Wappingers Falls, was arrested by state police at Highland at 10:38 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 16, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Kemmerer was released with tickets for New Paltz Court.
Red Hook
• DWI:Alexis L. Lampert, 36, of Red Hook, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 9:41 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 16, in the village of Red Hook and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Lampert was released with tickets for Red Hook Court.
Town of Ulster
• DWI/unlicensed driving:Carl I. Hill, 52, of Clinton Corners, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 8:50 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 16, and was charged with the felony of aggravated unlicensed driving (alcohol) and the misdemeanors of drunken driving and aggravated unlicensed driving (suspensions). Hill was sent to the Ulster County Jail without bail pending a court appearance.
• DWI:Abel Pena-Madrigal, 35, of New Haven, Conn., was arrested by state police at Ulster at 3 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 17, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Pena-Madrigal was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.
Catskill
• DWI:Matthew G. Smith, 26, of Ellenville, was arrested in Catskill at about 8:35 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 17, and charged with driving while intoxicated, a felony, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Catskill. Smith was issued an appearance ticket, police said.
Woodstock
• Drugs: Steven J. Hammerl, 29, of Woodstock, was charged at about 8:48 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 17, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, alcohol, a felony, and criminal possession of a controlled substance and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both misdemeanors, according to state police at Ulster. Hammerl was issued an appearance ticket, police said.
