• Stolen property:Andrew J. Pascarella, 34, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 1:33 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 3, and was charged with felony possession of stolen property valued at more than $3,000. Pascarella was released with a ticket for Cairo Town Court.
Catskill
• DWI: Ryan A. Russell, 25, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 2:20 a.m. Friday, Dec. 4, in the town and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Russell was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.
• Drugs:Tasheem M. Lloyd, 29, of Stockport, and Kaitlyn D. Scott, 21, of Round Top, were arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 8:50 p.m. and 9:53 p.m., respectively, on Thursday, Dec. 3, in the village. Both were charged with possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and released with tickets for Catskill Village Court.
Hyde Park
• Contempt:Ralph T. Polese, 44, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 11:58 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 3, and was charged with contempt, a misdemeanor. Polese was released with a ticket for Hyde Park Town Court.
Red Hook
•DWI:Jack J. Prinz, 22, of Germantown, was arrested by Red Hook police at 12:15 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 1, in the village and was charged with drunken driving, a misdemeanor. Prinz was found by police passed out in a vehicle in the drive-thru lane of the CVS pharmacy on North Broadway in the village. He was released with a ticket for Red Hook Village Court.
City of Kingston
• DWAI-drugs, alcohol:Dameion R. Rembert, 38, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 2:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 5, and was charged with driving while ability impaired by the combined influence of drugs and alcohol, reckless endangerment, obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest, fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle and reckless driving, all misdemeanors. Rembert was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
Catskill
• DWAI-drugs/unlicensed driving:Kimberly G. Loucks, 38, of Coxsackie, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 3:43 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 5, and was charged with aggravated unlicensed driving, a felony, and with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. Loucks was released with tickets for Catskill Village Court.
Clermont
• Drugs:Hugh A. McCormick, 35, of Tivoli, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 12:31 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 5, and was charged with two misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance. McCormick was released with tickets for Clermont Town Court.

• DWI:Kira J. Tuckruskye, 29, of Red Hook, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 9:55 p.m. Friday, Dec. 4, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Tuckruskye was released with tickets for Greenport Town Court.

• DWI:Stephen T. Omeara, 46, of Southeast, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 3:36 am. Saturday, Dec. 5, and was charged with drunken driving, a misdemeanor. Omeara was released with a ticket for Hyde Park Town Court.

•Drugs: Michelle Monarch, 53, of Stone Ridge, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 4:52 p.m. Friday, Dec. 4, in the town of Ulster and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), a felony. She was released with a ticket to appear in Ulster Town Court.
•DWI: Andrew C. Hayes, 58, of Castleton, Vermont, was arrested by state police at Albany at 11:48 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 5, in the town of Ulster and was charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Ulster Town Court.

•DWI: Michael J. Manzo, 29, of Yonkers, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 8:47 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 5, in the town of Coxsackie and was charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. •Drugs: Christopher J. Rosino, 51, of Round Top, and Ericka Tomaszweski, 44, of Catskill, were arrested by state police at Coxsackie in the town of Saugerties. Rosino was arrested at 2:06 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 6, and was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, and criminal possession of a controlled substance (narcotic), a felony. Tomaszweski was subsequently arrested at 3:38 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 6, and was charged with two misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance (narcotic).
