Lloyd
• Drugs: Senn M. Toboika, 32, of New Paltz, was charged by state police at Gardiner at 1:20 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 2, with the misdemeanor of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Toboika was released with a ticket to appear in Lloyd Town Court.
Plattekill
• Drugs: Jamie M. Lober, 41, and Caroline M. Hartwell, 24, both of Saugerties, were arrested by state police at Catskill at 3:14 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 2. Lober was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and aggravated unlicensed driving, both misdemeanors. Hartwell was charged with manufacturing drug-related paraphernalia and criminal possession of a controlled substance. Both were released with tickets to appear in Plattekill Town Court.
Wawarsing
• Unlicensed driving: Virgil D. Taylor, 40, of Accord, was charged by state police at Catskill at 8:25 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 2, with aggravated unlicensed driving, a felony. Taylor was released with a ticket to appear in Wawarsing Town Court.
Cairo
• DWI: Sunjah L. Smith, 27, of Cairo, was charged by state police at Hunter at 5:05 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 2, with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeanors. Smith was released with tickets to appear in Cairo Town Court.
Schodack/Coeymans
• DWAI-drugs: Canema J. Medina, 31, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Albany at 10:05 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 2, in Albany, and at 4:46 p.m. in Coeymans. On both occasions, Medina was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. Medina was released with tickets to appear in the Schodack and Coeymans town courts.
